Transparent information about our subscriptions, payments and cancellation procedure.

FLEX — €54.99/month incl. 21% VAT (€45.45 excl. VAT). Cancel monthly. Automatic monthly renewal.

SAVE — €362.85/year incl. 21% VAT (€299.88 excl. VAT). Annual prepayment. 13 months access.

MAXSAVE — €42.34/month incl. 21% VAT (€34.99 excl. VAT). 12-month commitment with monthly billing. 14 months access.

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. FLEX: monthly. SAVE: annually. MAXSAVE: monthly after 12 months. You will receive a reminder email at least 14 days before renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard (Settings → Subscription → Cancel) or by email to info@kitchennmbrs.app. Cancellation is as easy as signing up. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current period. You will receive a confirmation email.

FLEX: No refund — you retain access until end of month.
SAVE: No refund for mid-term cancellation — you retain access until end of annual period.
MAXSAVE: No refund — you retain access until end of 14 months.

Exceptions: in case of demonstrable technical unavailability >72 hours, a pro-rata refund may be requested.

Payment via Mollie Payments: iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, SEPA direct debit, and other local methods depending on your country. KitchenNmbrs does not store credit card or bank details — these are processed exclusively by Mollie B.V.

If automatic payment fails, you will receive an email notification. You have 7 days (grace period) to complete payment. After 7 days, your account will be paused. After 30 days without payment, the subscription will be terminated. Your data is retained for 90 days for possible reactivation.

KitchenNmbrs reserves the right to adjust prices. For price changes, you will receive at least 30 days advance notice by email. You have the right to cancel before the effective date under the old terms.
