11. Data Breaches and Incidents

12. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

Our application may provide automatically generated suggestions, such as pricing recommendations based on entered food cost data. These features are advisory only and do not have binding consequences. No decisions are made solely based on automated processing that would have legal or significant effects for users.

13. Mobile Permissions and Device Functions

The KitchenNmbrs mobile app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone. If future features require such access, we will request explicit permission in advance.

14. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • (i) Access your personal data
  • (ii) Request correction or completion of your data
  • (iii) Request deletion of your data
  • (iv) Request restriction of processing
  • (v) Object to processing
  • (vi) Request data portability

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

15. Cookies
