KitchenNmbrs is a smart app that helps hospitality entrepreneurs easily calculate food costs, analyze products, and manage kitchen instructions — all from their phone. No more complicated Excel files, just fast, clear insights that save money instantly.
You can choose from three subscription options:
• Monthly subscription (cancel anytime): €69.99 per month
• Annual subscription – pay in 3 installments: €540 per year (€45 per month)
• Annual subscription – pay in full upfront: €479.88 per year (€39.99 per month)
All prices are excluding VAT.
Every user with an annual subscription gets a personal friend code.
• You can share your code with up to 12 friends.
• When someone uses your code to sign up for an annual subscription, they get 1 month off immediately.
• You earn 1 month discount on your renewal for each friend who redeems your code (up to 12 months = 1 year free).
Note: the friend code only works with annual subscriptions.
No. Each restaurant needs its own license and account. One account cannot be shared across multiple locations.
The app is available for iOS and Android smartphones. There is currently no desktop or tablet version.
Yes. All recipes and calculations are stored locally on your phone. If you lose your phone, your data is lost as well.
Because all data is stored locally, your information cannot be recovered if your device is lost or damaged.
Yes. You can easily share recipes via WhatsApp or export them as a PDF to print for your kitchen team.
You enter the price, package quantity, required amount, and waste percentage for each ingredient. The app calculates the unit cost and the ideal selling price based on your desired food cost.
• Quick calculation = a one-off cost check for a single product or ingredient
• Menu = a complete cost calculation for a full dish or combination of items
• Recipe = a kitchen instruction sheet where you add step-by-step cooking instructions — this is not part of the calculation
Yes. Anything you sell — from cocktails and snack boxes to workshops or catering — can be calculated as long as it has a price and margin.
Absolutely. The app is scalable and works well for solo chefs as well as larger teams. Chains can create separate accounts per location.
All data is stored locally on your phone. We don’t use cloud storage and we never share data with third parties.
